Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Client Portal Data: Information submitted by third parties (your clients) through the client portal feature at your direction.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share information with vetted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure and hosting, email delivery, and AI-assisted document processing. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data, to use it only to provide services to us, and not to use it for their own purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or subpoena).
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, tenant isolation so each firm's data is logically segregated, and access controls that limit who can reach your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help read, extract, and organize information from documents you or your clients upload — for example, reading a pay stub, tax return, or bank statement to pre-fill the corresponding fields of a form. This processing is performed solely to provide the Service to you. We apply the following protections:
Zero data retention. The AI service that performs this processing does not store or retain your inputs or the resulting outputs after your request is completed. Data is processed transiently to return the result to your workspace and is not persisted by the AI provider.
No training on your data. Your data and the outputs derived from it are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine-learning model, whether ours or a third party's.
No third-party model-provider access. Your data is not shared with, disclosed to, or made available to the developers of the underlying AI models for their own purposes.
Human review, no automated legal decisions. AI-generated output is a draft for your review. A qualified human — you — reviews and finalizes every form. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about any individual without human involvement.
Encrypted processing. Data transmitted for AI processing is encrypted in transit.
For security reasons we do not publicly identify our specific infrastructure or AI model providers in this policy. We are happy to describe our data-handling and subprocessor arrangements in greater detail to prospective and current customers under a confidentiality agreement.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. As described in Section 5, data submitted for AI processing is not retained by the AI provider beyond the processing of your request.
